WEDDING PACKAGES

A La carte; custom pricing will be determined at consultation. You can pick and choose which services you would like in addition to, or in place of the standard packages. These services include:

  • Consulting (Etiquette guidance, event design, advice, etc.)
  • Additional time on day of event- per hour charge per person.
  • Create and maintain wedding budget.
  • Submit engagement and/or wedding announcement to local paper of your choosing. (Cost of ad payable by clients)
  • Assist in selecting ceremony & reception sites.
  • Assist bride, groom and other members of wedding party with referrals, selections and/or scheduling for Big Day attire.
  • Provide vendor referrals.
  • Create vendor payment schedule.
  • Mail vendor payments for couple.
  • Book and/or assist with engagement photo session.
  • Assist in rental item selections.
  • Assist Bride, Groom and attendants with wedding attire selections.
  • Reminder letters, phone calls or emails to bridal party for fittings, payments due or other duties.
  • Assemble, address and/or mail invitations.
  • Handle RSVP's and tally of guests with weekly updates.
  • Assist with hotel reservations, room blocks, transportation for out of town guests; negotiate for best rates.
  • Arrange for gift baskets to be delivered to out of town guest rooms.
  • Assist with seating arrangements for reception.
  • Provide list of responsibilities for attendants and family members.
  • Arrange for beauty and/or spa services.
  • Return florist items, bakers rental items, tuxedos or any other items the day after the wedding.
  • Running errands; charged per hour.
  • Honeymoon research, planning & bookings.
  • Rehearsal, Bridal Shower, Bachelor & Bachelorette Party planning.
  • Engagement Party planning.
  • Bridesmaid luncheons.
  • Schedule appointments for hair, nails, makeup, massage, waxings, etc.
  • Assist with Gift Registry.
  • Assist with selections and create music list for entertainers.
