WEDDING PACKAGES
The Breathtaking Package will ensure that your wishes are our command. We will be there from the initial planning of the wedding until you are whisked away to your honeymoon. Rest assured that no stone will be unturned and your dream day will be a reality, without the stress. This package includes everything from the Phenomenal Package, plus-

Prior
  • Event design.
  • Assist with selection of decorating rentals, including floral arrangements, linens, lighting, props, etc.
  • Assist with selection of invitations, place cards, napkins, favors, etc.
  • Assist in finding and booking entertainment.
  • Deliver engagement and wedding announcements to newspaper of couple's choice. (Announcement costs to be paid by client.)
  • Assist in obtaining marriage license, if desired.
  • Arrange transportation for out of town guests with fights and/or ground transportation to and from airport & wedding location.
  • Concierge for out of town guests arriving early; dinner reservations, maps, etc.
  • Deliver welcome baskets for out of town guests to their hotel.
  • Schedule and assist with Bridal portrait session.
  • Assist couple with menus, tastings for rehearsal and reception.
  • Assist couple with honeymoon plans.
  • Consult with bride and groom to determine dreams and expectations for Bachelor, Bachelorette parties and Bridal Shower.
  • Consult with and assist bridesmaids with Bachelorette Party.
  • Consult with and assist groomsmen with Bachelor Party.
  • Consult with and assist relevant parties with Bridal Shower.
  • Attend any parties, if requested.
  • Attend final dress fitting, if requested.

Day of
  • Distribute wedding programs, if needed.
  • Assist bridal party in last minute tasks and errands.
  • Oversee details of wedding day as discussed in consultations.
  • Bustle wedding gown, assist bride with any other needs.
  • Ensure that the couple has food, beverages and other personal needs taken care of throughout the day.
  • Organize Grand Entrance, communicating with DJ/Band throughout the reception.
