The Sensational Package:

Do you have your vendors selected, contracts signed and are nearly prepared for the Big Day? If you've done all the work and just want a professional polish to ensure that your day flows properly, this package is for you!

Prior
  • Initial consultation with bride and groom.
  • Contact and confirm all vendors, including any last minute changes.
  • Prepare a timeline of events for ceremony & reception.
  • Review and assist in rehearsal and ceremony with officiate.
  • Etiquette guidance when requested.

Day Of
  • Two representatives available to assist with activities for up to 5 hours.
  • Assist Bride, Groom, attendants to prepare for the day, ensuring that everyone adheres to timeline.
  • Distribute final payments at the end of contracts.
  • Oversee venue décor .
  • Distribute flowers.
  • Organize accessories; guest book, photos, place cards, etc at reception site.
  • Coordinate ceremony and reception activities', ensuring everything proceeds as you planned.
  • Act as a liaison between the couple, bridal party, family and vendors.
  • Troubleshoot and assist where needed to ensure the day goes smoothly.
